It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Ruth Hinson of Oakboro, North Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Albert Moore and Thelma Christine Howell; and her husband Glenn Malcom Hinson. She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Rinehardt (Jonathan) and Vicki Dennis (Dray); her grandchildren, Amanda Forrest (David), Charles Dustin Whitley, Alison Mauldin (Josh), Samantha Helms (Jason) and Laura Morris (Bobby); her great grandchildren, Dillon Handy, Cameron Dennis, Haley Whitley, Cole Whitley, Wesley Hasty, Levi Helms, Kenzie Morris, Lillian Helms and Jessica McIntyre (Ryan); her great great grandchildren, Rylynn and Nolan; and her sister Renee Clark (Roger).
