She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Thomas "Pete" Blaylock. She is survived by: her friend Darlene Murphy; her sisters, Virginia Cummings, Brenda Stigall (Joe) and Shirley Holden (Jim); her children, Tisha Pruett (Jeff), Charles "Bud" Blaylock, Jr. (Stephanie) and Scott Blaylock (Cami); her grandchildren, Joshua, Ashely, Jessica, Emily, Sage, Cameron, Tanner and Kaelyn; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Sophia, Elijah and Ace.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Kernersville Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at the Mausoleum Chapel (530 Dobson St, Kernersville, NC 27284).
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Mayodan Church of God in Mayodan, NC.
