He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Tooley and Essie Tooley of Scottsville. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Haislip; his son Travis Lee Tooley of Oak Ridge; his niece Bonnie Wiese (Michael); and his great-nephew Alex of Lake Monticello. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
