He is survived by: his wife Teresa Swann; his daughter Jennifer Lamb (Randy); his grandsons, Blaine and Jacob (Ally); his siblings, Barbara (Linda), Clift (Kim) and David (Eva); and his pets, Squeaker, Max and Joey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
