He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Lori Johnston; his daughter Leah; his parents, Tom Johnston and Pat Johnston; his siblings, Ken Johnston and Meg McCarthy (Kevin); his nephews, Patrick McCarthy and Sean McCarthy; his niece Keegan Grace; his sister-in-law Maura Johnston; and his close friends, Diane, Randy, Brandon Keeney, Jamie, Amanda, Cole Simmons, Nicole, Fred, Allie, Kylie Bollman, Rod, Bev, Avery and McClain Miller.
