He was predeceased by: his daughters, Mae and Kaye; his parents, Howard Oliver and Mary Jones Fogleman; and his sisters, Elsie Midkiff and Corena Pace.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Ward Fogleman; his children, April Fogleman and Duane Fogleman (Trena) of Pilot Mountain; his grandchildren, Kristen Fogleman-Martin (Ocer), Michael Fogleman (Meredith), Devin Fogleman and Joshua Fogleman of Pilot Mountain, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Gracie and Olivia.
