He is survived by: his wife Lynn Moore Gordon; his sons, Brett Gordon (Tracy Cadorette) of Greensboro and Reed Gordon (Cayce) of Greensboro; his stepchildren, Preston Arrington (Amy) of Inverness and Courtney Arrington Dunstan (Tyler) of Durham; and his grandchildren, Reece Gordon, Katie, Kelly Arrington, Cohen, Stephen and Haven Dunstan.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Ridge Methodist Church (In the Family Life Center) (2424 Oak Ridge Rd, Oak Ridge, NC 27310).
In lieu of flowers, memorials go to Oak Ridge Methodist Church - Choir Fund or AuthoraCare.
