It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Biggs of Oak Ridge, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Biggs and Joyce Biggs; and his siblings, Brad Biggs (Angie) and Kristi Gallimore (Billy). He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
