He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy B. Mabe and Esther Ausborn Mabe; and his sisters, Betty Mastin and Margaret E. Macy. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bull Mabe; his daughters, Teresa Mabe Cole of Oak Ridge, NC and Vickie Lynn Mabe Warren (Wayne) of Kernersville, NC; his nephew William McCuiston; his grandchildren, Brandon Wayne Warren (Amanda), Courtney Cole Kessler (Jake), Lindsay Warren Sauls (Josh), James Dylan Cole, Brittney Danielle Cole and Nathan Esau Cole; his great grandchildren, Brantson Wayne Warren, Aspen Lily Warren, Warren Avett Sauls and Emerson Grey Kessler; and his siblings, Oneita "Tink" Nelson and Claude Henry Mabe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
