He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Lee; his wife Rixene Simmons Causby; and his brother Lewis Causby. He is survived by: his daughter Gerry Jessup; his son-in-law Todd Jessup; his granddaughter Tiffany Jessup; and his close friend Bill Kendrick.
