She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lee Mitchell Holt and Kelley Holt; and her husband Charles Lee Isley. She is survived by: her children, Michael Isley (Kevin Mundy) of Winston-Salem and Laurie Isley Summers (Harold Summers) of Greensboro; and her grandchildren, Houston Summers (Emily Godwin Summers) of Chapel Hill, Holly Summers, Josh Zumbrook of Summerfield and Hayden Summers of Greensboro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
