He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hoss; and his children, Billy Vance Teague II, Neil Hoss, Christian Hoss, Lynne Teague Phinney and Angela Teague Duffey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
