We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2018, at the age of 75, John Wilson Jr. (Oak Island, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Robena Ewing; his wife Janet H. Wilson; his children, Merry Leigh Wilson and Thomas Henry Wilson; and his grandson Bradley Nolen.

He is survived by: his parent John William Wilson, Sr.; his brother Cynthia Wilson Nolen of Lincolnton; and his niece Richard "Dickie" Leonard (Brenda). He is also survived by one nephew; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; as well as two beloved pets.
