We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2018, at the age of 79, James W. Burns (Oak Island, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Burns and Edna Grace Simmons Burns; and his brothers, Stuart Burns and Larry Burns. He is survived by: his wife Betty Brown; his brother Tommy Burns; his son James Burns (Cammie) of Climax; his grandchildren, James W. Burns II, Johnathon M. Burns of Winston Salem and Ryan L. Watkins (Silena Henderson); and his great grandchild Lochlynn F. Watkins of Lexington.
