He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell G. Fussell and Lila Mae Fussell; and his former wives, Rebecca and Fern Bilbrey. He is survived by: his friends, Ray and Rebecca Highsmith; his stepdaughters, Diane Anderson Doumas (Cliff) and Donna Anderson; his wife Katelyn Jeanette Highsmith Moye; his daughters, Julie and Jan; his grandsons, Alex (Kari), Michael (Kira), C. J. Doumas (Aliya), Noah and Eli Arrick; and his brothers, Kenny (Norma) and Robin (Martha). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
