He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Mazzarell and Gertrude Mazzarell. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy F. Mazzarell; his sons, George R. Mazzarell, Richard J. Mazzarell (JoAnne) and Stephen M. Mazzarell (Donna); and his grandchildren, Matt Mazzarell, Craig Mazzarell, James Mazzarell and Landry Anna Mazzarell.
