We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2022, at the age of 90, Doreen Martin Elkins of Oak Island, North Carolina, born in Liverpool, North West passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walt Elkins; and her siblings, Frank Martin, David Martin, Vincent Martin and Barbara Bristow.

She is survived by: her friend Kate; her children, Debbie Santi (David), Steven Elkins, Pam Stephens (Mike) and Chris Elkins; and her grandchildren, Kyle Santi, Lauren Santi and Ryan Stephens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in tribute be made to SECU Lower Cape Fear LifeCare at 955 Mercy Lane SE, Bolivia, NC, 28422.
