He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Palmer and Beulah Ingold Palmer. He is survived by: his sister Ellen Crews of Thomasville, NC.; his caregiver Becky Wallace; and his brothers, John Palmer, Jr. (Jack), Robert Palmer (Bob) and Charles Palmer (Dick).
