It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Hinson Covey of Norwood, North Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Sharon Hinson is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Wink" Hinson and Alta Mae Ingold Hinson. She is survived by: her brothers, Tony Hinson (Denise) of Norwood and Melvin Pope (Heather) of Norwood; and her friend Mitchell Watkins. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
