He was predeceased by: his father Robert Moorman Gallagher, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Norma Cook Alexander (Tony); his grandchild Emmy; his wife Christi Griffin Gallagher; his daughters, Jordan Gallagher Barrier (Matthew) and Ali Gallagher (Irving Salazar); his grandchildren, Emersyn Barrier (Emmy) and Easton Barrier; his sisters, Christy Gallagher Moore (Robbie), Tammy Gallagher and Darcy Gallagher; and his pets, Wolfie and Boogs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Emmy & Easton Barrier College Savings account.
