He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Floyd Burns and Janice Louise Morton; and his grandparents, Clement Lawrence Morton'Teeter' and Louise Kivett Morton. He is survived by: his sisters, Shelby Huneycutt and Beverly Nifong (Crystal Efird); and his nephew Bradly Nifong of Norwood.
