He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Hurley and Ida Mae Harris Hurley; his sons, Terry D. Hurley, Trent D. Hurley and Jamie K. Hurley; and his sister Janice Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Allman Hurley; his children, Kevin Medlin (Cassey) of Laurinburg and Sandy Medlin of New London; his grandchildren, Dakota, Sky, Annabelle, Stella and Paisley; and his siblings, Wayne Hurley (Kathy) of Albemarle, Robert Hurley (Nora) of Ansonville, Ricky Hurley (Amy) of El Paso, TX, Benny Hurley (Sara) of Salisbury, Brenda Greene of Norwood and Peggy Christie (Ralph) of Salisbury.
