It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlie Lowder (Norwood, North Carolina), who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Offie Lowder and Stella Brown Lowder; his wife Mildred Maner Lowder; his former wife Rachel Shankle; and his sisters, Mary Agnes Poplin and Lizzie Mae Turner.
He is survived by: his nephew Byron Harward (Sherry); his niece Anita Harward of Norwood; his great-nephew Dustin Harward (Stacey); his great-niece Kelli Harward; his close friend Dave Fisher of Albemarle; and also, Mayson, Charlie and Ryker.
