He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Arthur and Mary Wilson Biles. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elvene Dick Biles; and his children, Michelle Springer (Jeff Springer) of Albemarle and Bobby Joe Biles of Colorado. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
