He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Wilson Sr. and Lula Lee Hayes Wilson; his wife Iva Jean Wilson; and his brothers, Tom Wilson Jr. and Willie Wilson.

He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Todd (Larry) and Bonnie Irby (Ray); his grandchildren, Bradley Todd (Jill), Wesley Todd, Jacob Todd (Summer) and Casey Smith (Justin); his great grandchildren, Dylan Todd, Lilly Todd, Maggie Todd, Ezra Todd, Eliza Todd, Jase Smith, Ayden Smith, Emmy Smith and Rhett Smith; and his close friend Princess.
