He is survived by: his parents, William Maynard and Elsie Beaman Billings of Traphill; his wife Wanda Church Billings; his stepchildren, Debra Smith of North Wilkesboro and Delbert Smith of Thomasville; and his siblings, Billy Joe Billings of Traphill, Mark Anthony Billings (Lois) of Traphill and Veronica Ann Billings of Traphill.
