She is survived by: her children, Deborah "Debbie" Pierce (Tim) of North Wilkesboro and Dean Newman of North Wilkesboro; her daughters-in-law, Kim Newman of North Wilkesboro and Tena Newman of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Jessica Romans (Benny) of North Wilkesboro, Zach Newman (Lauren) of Candler, NC, Caleb Newman of Charlotte, Jacob Pierce (Adam) of Charlotte, Laura Davis (Zack) of Winston Salem, Logan Newman (Anna) of Charlotte, Brickelle Herren (Gabe) of Florida and Castiny Helms of Talladega, Alabama; her great grandchildren, Lillie Romans of North Wilkesboro, Landon Romans of North Wilkesboro, Hudson Newman of Candler, Porter Newman of Candler, Saylor Newman of Candler and Harper Davis of Winston Salem; and her sister Joann Hemric of Ronda.
