It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa Gail Blanton of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Otto and Helen Nix Blanton; and her sisters, Diane Blanton and Rebecca Young. She is survived by: her children, James Johnson of North Wilkesboro, Jennifer Johnson (Curtis) of North Wilkesboro and Amanda Pierce (Thad) of North Wilkesboro; and her grandchildren, Jazman Shelton, Kaleigha Johnson, Thaddeus Pierce, Jr. and Valerie Emma Pierce. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
