He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carl Edward, Clovis Albert and Needham Max Warrick; and his parents, Clovis Junnie Warrick and Elizabeth Lancaster Warrick.
He is survived by: his sister Alice Anderson (Jimmy); his children, Paul Ray Warrick (Anita), Kenneth Edward Warrick and Pamela Gay Warrick Warren; and his granddaughters, Kayla Anne Warren Cable (Nathan) and Candace Lynn Warrick. He is also survived by his family dearly which included his children and grandchildren.
The family has requested no flowers. Memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
