It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sue Summers (North Wilkesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Mathis and Thelma Jarvis Mathis; her husband Charles E. Summers, Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Sale, Lucille Johnson, Jean Anderson and Buddy Mathis.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Summers Jr. (Debbie) of North Wilkesboro, John Summers (Rosie) of North Wilkesboro and James Summers (Angela) of North Wilkesboro; and her grandchildren, Adam Summers (Randee) of State Road, Ashley Eller (Adam) of North Wilkesboro and Caitlyn Summers of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
