He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Dawn Church (Jason Gregory Lunsford) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Johnathan Church, Kaylee Church and Zackary Pearson; his great grandchildren, Ian Church, Emma Church, Rowan Mix, Scarlett Church, Augustus Church and Briony Church; and his siblings, James Church (Tammy) of Pineville, Norma Pasley (James) of West Jefferson and Mary Hopkins (Rodney) of West Jefferson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
