She is survived by: her husband Joe Hayes; her daughter Sherri Hayes Cordell (Rob) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her daughter-in-law Karen Hayes Frey of Charlotte, NC; and her brother Danny Glenn Church (Janice) of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by many loving family members, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
