He is survived by: his children, David, Katharine, Abigail and Hannah-Grace; his siblings, Tony McLain (Sandra), William McLain and Judy Griffin (Trealy); and his caregivers, Susan Miller, Landon Absher, Stephanie Clonch, Heather Gregory, Donna Moore, Lewis McNeill, Bill Brame and Kathy Roberts.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Chapel (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Scenic Memorial Gardens (545 Moravian Falls Rd, Wilkesboro, NC 28697).
