She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Hampton and Ina Mae Ballard Wyatt; her former husband Vernon Clay Wagoner; and her siblings, Helen Elledge, Gaynell Lawless, Carol Martin, Tabor Wyatt, Roy Wyatt and J. C. Wyatt.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Chipman; her sons, Silas Edwin Wagoner (Betty) of North Wilkesboro, Harold E. Wagoner (Rita) of North Wilkesboro and Alvin G. Wagoner (Tammy) of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Harold Lee Wagoner (Michelle), Vernon Wagoner (Kristy), Jason Wagoner (Tonya), Keshi Wagoner-Whitley (David) and Elizabeth Wagoner; her great grandchildren, Bethany Pruitt (Bradley), Amberlynn Wagoner, Millisent-Dashi Whitley, Jonah Wagoner, Jonathan Wagoner, Garrett Wagoner, Logan Wagoner and Dawson Whitley; her great great grandchild Jackson Pruitt; her sisters, Hattie Callendar of McGrady, Virginia Patrick of Newport News, VA and Evelyn Hollis of Hope, AR; and her close friends, Anita Logan, Kathy Rogers and Blanch Curtis.
