Rufus Franklin McGuire Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rufus Franklin McGuire of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McGuire and Ethel Cardwell McGuire; his siblings, Ray Cardwell, Thomas, Wade McGuire, Stella Mae Adams, Pansy Hunt and Florina Edwards; and his son-in-law Joey Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred W. McGuire; his children, Kathy Lewis of North Wilkesboro, Russell Keith McGuire of North Wilkesboro, MeLisa Dawn Bass (Clinton Devone) of Rocky Mount and Kelly LeAnn Lambert (Mitchael) of North Wilkesboro; and his brother Bill McGuire (Edna) of Millers Creek, J. C. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
