He was predeceased by: his parents, Brack Rutherford and Ester Spicer Rutherford; and his son Thomas Rutherford. He is survived by: his son Paving; his wife Kathy Ann Roten Rutherford; his children, Timothy Rutherford (Renee) of McGrady, Rudy Rutherford (Tessie) of McGrady and Anna Davalos-Limon (Agustin) of Seagoville, Texas; his daughter-in-law Levonda Rutherford of McGrady; and his siblings, Clinton Rutherford (Jackie) of Rogersville, Tennessee and Della Simino (Norman) of Bullsgap, Tennessee.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
