He is survived by: his children, Robert Lyle Watkins, Jr. (Teresa) of Hays, Sharon Watkins Everidge (Richard) of North Wilkesboro and Randy Lane Watkins of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Brittany Anderson (Chris) of Hays, Dalton Shew (Miranda) of Millers Creek, Colby Everidge of North Wilkesboro, Lyle Watkins of North Wilkesboro and Lane Watkins of North Wilkesboro; his great grandchildren, Micha Shew, Leah Mae Shew, Walker Anderson, Whytley Anderson and Brantley Jolly; and his brother Kyle Watkins (Mary) of Hays.
