He was predeceased by: his parents, Burris Clay and Hessie Johnson Holloway; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Margie Wyatt. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Holloway of North Wilkesboro; his son Matthew Holloway; his daughter-in-law Megan Waters Holloway of Athens, Georgia; his sister Carolyn Johnson of Conway; his brother-in-law Calvin Wyatt of North Wilkesboro; and his nephew Tim Sidden.
