Blackburn and Reba Clara Blackburn; his children, Samantha Nicole Kelly (Katrina Kelly) of North Wilkesboro and Mathew Ray Souther of North Wilkesboro; his granddaughter Zayleigh Nicole Kelly; and his brother Jeffrey Blackburn of North Wilkesboro.
