She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Church; her daughter Emily M. Church; her grandson Mason B. Church; her sister Ava P. Hall; her mother-in-law Betty R. Church; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra C. Lowe (Roy) and Samantha C. Parsons (Mickey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
