He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Frank Martin Bailey and Edna Bailey (Carter); and his siblings, Sylvia Jean Bailey, Larry Tony Bailey, Velmar Bailey and Pamela Martin (Martha Barber).
He is survived by: his brothers, Montie Bailey of Wilkesboro, NC and Gary Bailey (LaRosa) of Elon, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Laverne Bailey of Wilkesboro, NC and Nancy Bailey of Statesville, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their children.
The family ask that everyone wear a face mask.
