He was predeceased by: his father James Ralph; and his brother Dicky John Bell. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Taylor Bell of Millers Creek; his son Kristopher James Bell (Bartie) of Hays; his grandson Mason James Bell; his siblings, Roger Lee Bell (Denise) of Hays, Ricky James Bell (Cheryl) of North Wilkesboro, Ronald Dean Bell (Debbie) of Millers Creek, Rodney Allen Bell of Millers Creek, Regina Bell Miller of Hays and Rita Ann Bell Butter (Donovan) of Cibolo, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Jamey Bell (Charli), Marty Bell (Angel), Derick Bell, Robby Miller (Sonia), Brandon Bell (Haley), Crystal Miller, Jessica Dancy (Jonathan) and Jennifer York (Brandon). He is also survived by many great nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
