She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Taylor and Madeline Galliher Taylor; her husband Aldean Richardson; and her siblings, Phillip Taylor and Becky Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew "Andy" Richardson of North Wilkesboro, Christopher "Chris" Richardson (Nicole) of Millers Creek and Samantha Richardson of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Steven Richardson of Clingman and Olivia Richardson of Millers Creek; and her siblings, Mike Taylor (Linda) of Wilkesboro and Steva Shumate (Reid) of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
