She is survived by: her children, Raymond Johnson Jr. (Earnestine) of Wilkesboro and Nora Pauline Church of Elkin; her siblings, Josie Spears (Bobby) of North Wilkesboro and Robert Ballard of North Wilkesboro; and her grandchildren, Jake Johnson of North Wilkesboro, Travis Johnson (Shanna), Chris Johnson (Faith) of North Wilkesboro and Joshua Dykes (Erica) of Booneville. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and 1 step great grandchild.
