She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Benjamin and Laura Jane Blevins Jenkins; her husband John Paul Sheets; her sisters, Leola Bare and Margie Sheets; and her son-in-law Bob Frazier.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Sheets Frazier of North Wilkesboro; her stepgrandchildren, Tammy Reghay of Charlotte and Joey Frazier of Charlotte; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Zan Reghay of Charlotte and Nadia Reghay of Charlotte; and her siblings, Ben Jenkins (Kathleen) of Jefferson and Laura Viers (J. E.) of Laurel Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Service (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the BIG Ridge Community Church Cemetery (2001 Bare Creek Rd, Jefferson, NC 28640).
