He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillary E. Haymore and Thelma Kirkman Haymore; his son Thomas Gregory Haymore; and his brother Charles Edgar Haymore. He is survived by: his son Michael Leon Haymore (Deborah) of North Wilkesboro; his grandsons, Josh Welborn of North Wilkesboro and Aaron Haymore of North Wilkesboro; his stepgrandsons, Derrick and Michael Whisnant of North Wilkesboro; his great grandchild Isaac Leon Welborn; his stepgrandchildren, Braxton and Parker Whisnant; and his close friend Shirley Stone.
