He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Paige and Shirley Faye Lovette Foster; and his nephew Jeffery Scott Foster. He is survived by: his sister Teresa "Susie" Williams (Larry) of North Wilkesboro; his daughter Crystal McMillan (Daniel) of East Bend; his niece Tracie Bauguess (Justin) of Elkin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Makenzie and Logan; and his uncles, Tommy Lovette (Ellen) of Millers Creek and John Lovette (Kaye) of Millers Creek.
