She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Edward, Sr. and Rachel Kilby Roberts; her husband John Henry Stamper; her son Harvey Stamper; her grandsons, Ian Scott Stamper and Cody Woodard; and her siblings, Dare Miller, Doris Yabarra, Clara Wyatt, Lorenzo Roberts, Franklin Roberts, Jr. (Peso) and Dean Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Adams (Clay) of Millers Creek, Susan Stamper (Billy Spicer) and Curtis Stamper (Betty) of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Sherry Hall (Michael), Stephanie Eller (Nolan), Scott Stamper (Amanda), Steven Severt (Susie), Michelle Severt, John Carlton, John Stamper (Kendra), Harvey Stamper (Laney), Lee Pardue and Jason Pardue; her sister Virginia Haynes; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn Hamby. She is also survived by thirty great grandchildren, thirteen great great grandchildren.
