She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Edgar and Bertie Elvira Marlow Moore; her husband Leroy Preston "L. P." Pendergrass; and her brothers, Earnest Moore, Vernon Moore, Julius Edgar Moore and Von Clayton Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
