We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 73, Judie Raye Owens of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Major Ray and Ruby Shumate Hall; and her sister Debbie Hall Lloyd. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Wilson Owens; her children, Charlie Ray Owens of North Wilkesboro, Janet Owens Estep (Bryan) of Moravian Falls, Darrell James Owens of Rock Creek, Kenneth Robert Owens (Kelly Anderson Owens) of Wilkesboro and Mark Edward Owens of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Amber Mandell, Brynn Owens, John Owens, Matthew Estep, Makayla Bullard, Kendall Owens, Blake Owens and Kaitlyn Owens; and her brothers, Larry Hall of Mooresville and Mike Hall of Mtn.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
